Tabitha & Dan's Wedding Sept. 4th

Tabitha & Dan's wedding took place at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.  It was a fabulous, beautiful place with top notch food and first rate staff.  If you are looking for a wedding venue, check this one out! 

Tabitha was very sweet and easy to work with and what a fun wedding - their friends were young and not afraid to be a little nutty! :)  Each member of the large wedding party picked out their own song for the Grand Entrance so that was something a little different. The photos shown here were provided by the bride and are much nicer to look at than our usual amateur photos.  Aren't they a striking couple?

Congratulations Tabitha and Dan!  We loved being a part of your day.

Jessica's 30th Birthday

We did a 30th Birthday party for Jessica on Oct 1st, 2011.  The theme was black and white so everyone showed up looking like old time photo albums.  Jessica is an event coordinator and so is her good friend Dee so there were a lot of fun attractions including a full bar, cupcake station, photo booth, a candy bar, and a Texas Hold 'Em tournament. For Dinner there was a buffet featuring chicken and homemade pasta salad.  People danced throughout the night and ended up in the pool around midnight.  Tacquito's and Bratwurst made an appearance for the after party.

June 26th, 2011 Lyndsay & Kyle

This was such a fun wedding.  Ceremony and reception were in the backyard of a Santa Ana residence.  In-N-Out burger catered for dinner which everyone had fun with.  We lit up the dance floor with our basic lighting and all of the guests dance to every song.  They didn't do all of the traditional formal dances - they just did shout outs to their parents and played songs dedicated to them.  They had a grand exit with sparklers and threw the bouquet before driving away.

Kerrie & Eric Aug. 28th, 2011

This is the second wedding we have Emcee'd for this family.  We had the pleasure of being at Kerrie's sister Kim's wedding in 2008.

Kerrie & Eric had a beautiful location for their Sunday evening wedding as you can see from the photos.  They were right on the water at the Oceanview Room on the military base in San Diego.  The dance floor was busy all night which is a little unusual for a Sunday night wedding but this group of guests stayed lively.

Caitlin's Birthday

16 year old birthday parties usually have a crowd that is somewhat finicky and hard to please.  This group was incredible!  We started out with a good selection of ice breakers to get them all laughing and having fun.  We had some competitions, prizes, and then slammed into the dancing.  None of the guests were ready to leave when the venue (Cypress Community Center) shut down.  Happy Birthday Caitlin and Dan!  We had soooo much fun!

Tyler's 13th Birthday

Had a crazy wacky fun time tonight at Pump it Up in Lake Forest.  It was a 13th birthday party for Tyler. Lots of current music, Lots of chaos, screaming, Lots of ice cream and even more running around.  Happy Birthday Tyler, we hope it was your best one yet!

Eric and Lindsay Burzinski

Tonights wedding was beautiful, overlooking the ocean at the Capri Laguna in Laguna Beach. It was a very small reception of about 80 people, but we still danced the night away. Eric and Lindsay Burzinski were absolutely the cutest couple. They were very easy going and super fun to work with.
The photography was handled by Suite Photography, and Fleur de Lis Events took care of the catering.
Can't wait for the next wedding!

Merit's Birthday Party

Tonight was Merit's birthday party. Justin, her husband, put on an incredible show. He had a gorgeous ice sculputre, wonderful cake, and we DJed. It was a huge success. We are going to try to post pictures and videos of his Billy Idol routine, where he sang Rebel Yell to his wife all because he lost a bet to his wife six years ago. It was very entertaining and made for a good night.
